1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Prono Clash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

3. Service Description
Prono Clash is a football prediction web and mobile application that allows users to make predictions (1X2 result, exact score, extended types: Over/Under, BTTS, total goals), create multi-match combos, participate in rankings and leagues, challenge other users in duels, exchange private messages, participate in polls, and earn virtual points. Important: Prono Clash is not a sports betting service and does not constitute a gambling activity. Points earned from duels do not count towards periodic rankings.
4. Eligibility
To use Prono Clash, you must be at least 12 years old, provide accurate information, and maintain account security.
5. User Account and Anti-Fraud Rules
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Only one account per person is allowed. Email verification is mandatory. Prono Clash may limit the number of account creations from the same device or environment to prevent fraud. It is strictly forbidden to: share your account, create multiple accounts, use the application for illegal purposes, harass other users, or manipulate scores and points. Any attempt at fraud will result in immediate account suspension.
6. Points System
Predictions must be made before the match starts. Points are calculated as follows: 10 points × odds of the chosen outcome (example: odds 2.50 = 25 points). A bonus of 30 points is awarded for a correct exact score. Points are virtual and have no monetary value. In case of a tie in rankings, the tiebreaker is: 1) the success rate (number of correct predictions / total number of predictions), then 2) the number of exact scores. In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting point calculations, Prono Clash reserves the right to correct the affected scores and rankings.
7. Quotas and Limits
Limits apply to all users (number of predictions per day, advanced options — exact score and extended types such as Over/Under, BTTS, half-time, total goals —, duels, combos, and free-tier league limits). The exact values are defined in the application and may be changed by Prono Clash at any time. Free users may obtain additional unlocks (advanced options, duels, combos, appearance themes, entry to certain tournaments) by watching video ads or using credits, under the conditions shown in the application. Premium users enjoy unlimited advanced options, duels, combos, and leagues; all appearance themes unlocked; and free entry to tournaments when entry is Premium-only, within the scope of the service.
8. Advertisements and Video Rewards
The application may display advertisements, including rewarded videos (unlocking advanced options, duels, or combos) and interstitial ads. Videos must be watched in full for the reward to be granted. The number of rewards and the frequency of ads are defined in the application and may vary. Prono Clash reserves the right to modify or remove any form of advertising and associated quotas.
9. Advertising Credits
Users may earn credits by watching advertisements. These credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. They can be used in particular to: unlock advanced options, duels, or combos; unlock appearance themes (interface); pay for entry to certain tournaments when required in credits; or obtain benefits in the in-app shop. The rules for earning and using credits are defined in the application and may be changed by Prono Clash at any time.
10. Shop
Prono Clash offers a shop with virtual benefits (e.g. prediction cancellation, statistical hints, streak shield), payable with credits or items obtained in the application. These purchases are purely virtual and have no monetary value. No refund in money is granted for the use of credits or items. Shop content and costs may be changed at any time.
11. Premium Subscription
The Premium subscription is managed via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Prices and offers are those displayed in the application and on the purchase platform. It offers in particular: unlimited advanced options, duels, combos, and leagues; all appearance themes unlocked; free entry to tournaments when entry is Premium-only (subject to the service conditions). The subscription renews automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period. Refund conditions are those of the purchase platform (Apple/Google). In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after the initial purchase.
12. Referral Program
Each user has a unique referral code. When a referee becomes active (5 predictions made over at least 3 different days), the referrer receives 20 advertising credits and the referee 10 advertising credits. Ambassador badges are unlocked based on the number of active referees (1, 5, 10, 25). Any attempt at referral fraud (fake accounts, self-referral) results in account suspension and loss of credits.
13. Rankings and Rewards
Weekly ranking: the #1 of the weekly ranking receives the Weekly Champion title and a reward. 1st weekly win of the month: $5. Each consecutive week won after that: $10. If a week is missed, the counter resets to zero ($5 on the next win). The counter also resets on the 1st of each month. There are no longer monthly Top 1/2/3 rewards or a monthly cash lottery. Payment via digital gift card at the winner's choice. These amounts may change as the platform grows. These rewards are offered on a promotional basis and do not constitute winnings linked to a wager or bet. Participation is free and without purchase obligation. Winners are responsible for any applicable tax obligations in their country of residence. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. Rewards are physical or virtual prizes with no guaranteed monetary value. Prono Clash reserves the right to modify rewards.
14. Leagues and Challenges
Leagues are created and managed by users. Challenges (duels) are commitments between two users with virtual points at stake. These points are purely virtual, non-purchasable, and non-convertible to money.
15. Quiz
Prono Clash offers a Quiz mode to test football knowledge. The Solo mode (practice) is free and without stakes. The Clash mode allows challenging another user with virtual points at stake. Questions are randomly generated and multilingual (French/English). Points wagered in Quiz Clash are exclusively virtual, have no monetary value, and do not count towards periodic rankings. Users can report a question containing an error (wrong answer, bad translation, ambiguous question).
16. Tournaments
Prono Clash may offer tournaments (multi-stage events) on football matches. Participation is optional. Entry conditions (free, Premium-only, or credits) and qualification rules between stages are defined for each tournament in the application. Points and ranking are calculated within the tournament; no real money is at stake. Prono Clash reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a tournament.
17. Combos
Combos allow combining 2 to 5 predictions on different matches. Combined odds are multiplied together. The bonus points are calculated using the formula: min(5 × combined odds, 150). Combos cannot be deleted if a match has already started. Free-tier limits (number of combos per period, unlock via ad or credits) are defined in the application. Premium users: unlimited combos.
18. Social Features
Prono Clash offers social features: private messaging between users, follow/unfollow system, public activity feed. Private messages are only visible to both participants. The sender can delete a message as long as it has not been read. Using messaging for harassment, spam, or illegal content is forbidden. Prono Clash reserves the right to suspend access to social features in case of abuse.
19. Polls
Prono Clash may offer polls on football matches. Participating in polls requires email code verification. Poll results are public and have no contractual value.
20. Badges
Badges are virtual rewards unlocked by achieving certain objectives (number of predictions, winning streaks, champion titles, combos won, etc.). They have no monetary value.
21. Intellectual Property
All application content is the property of Prono Clash. You retain rights to content you create, but grant us a license to use it within the scope of the service.
22. Service Availability
Prono Clash strives to ensure maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform planned or emergency maintenance.
23. Limitation of Liability
Prono Clash is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not responsible for data loss, indirect damages, actions of other users, or match results provided by third parties.
24. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of: violation of these ToS, fraud or attempted fraud, creation of multiple accounts, abusive behavior towards other users, manipulation of scores or points, messaging abuse. The suspension decision is at Prono Clash's discretion and may be permanent.
25. ToS Modifications
We may modify these ToS at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or via the application. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
26. International Users
The service is accessible worldwide. Users are responsible for verifying that their use of Prono Clash complies with the laws of their country of residence. For consumers in the European Union, disputes may be brought before the courts of their country of residence in accordance with the European Regulation on jurisdiction.
27. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada, subject to the rights of EU consumers to bring actions before the courts of their country of residence.
