1. Introduction
Prono Clash ("we", "our", "the application") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our football prediction web and mobile application. Prono-Clash is a social sports prediction game with no real money wagering. No financial betting or monetary winnings are offered on the platform. The points and credits used are exclusively virtual and have no monetary value.
2. Data We Collect
We collect: your account information (username, email, hashed password, date of birth), your profile (photo, country, optional phone number, favorite team), your predictions and combos (selections, prediction types), your social activity (leagues, challenges, follows, private messages, activity feed, tournament participation), your advertising credits balance and shop usage history, your notification tokens (FCM for push notifications), as well as usage and technical data (IP address, browser, cookies). If you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive your email and name from these services.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the service (predictions, combos, duels, chat, polls), improve user experience, communicate with you via push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), email (Resend), and WhatsApp Business, analyze application usage, and ensure security. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings. The credits and points mentioned in the application are virtual, non-purchasable, non-transferable to money, and have no financial value. Duels and internal competitive mechanisms are based exclusively on virtual points and do not constitute real money wagering.
4. Sharing Your Data
We never sell your personal data. Your public data (username, avatar, points, rankings, prediction history, activity feed) are visible to other users. Your private messages are only visible to you and the recipient. We may share your data with our service providers (hosting, database) under confidentiality agreements, or if required by law.
5. Our Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors to provide our service: • Supabase (database, EU) • Vercel (web hosting, USA) • Firebase/Google (push notifications, analytics, USA) • Resend (transactional emails, USA) • Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook Pixel - notifications and analytics, USA) • RevenueCat (Premium subscription management, USA) • Cloudflare (anti-bot security, USA) • Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (authentication, USA) All our subprocessors are bound by confidentiality agreements compliant with data protection standards. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features and do not offer any financial gain or monetary advantage.
6. International Transfers
Your data may be processed by our subprocessors in different countries (Canada, United States, European Union). All our subprocessors comply with strict data protection standards.
7. Storage and Retention Periods
Your data is stored securely (Supabase), with SSL/TLS encryption and hashed passwords. Retention periods: • Account data: as long as your account is active • Technical logs (IP, browser): 30 days • Prediction and combo data: lifetime of the account • Private messages: lifetime of the account (sender can delete if unread) • Activity feed: 7 days • Notifications: 3 days • Prolonged inactivity (more than 3 years): automatic deletion after email notification You can request account deletion at any time from your profile settings.
8. Google/Apple Sign-In
If you choose to sign in via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we only receive your email address and name (if authorized). We do not have access to your Google or Apple password. These services are subject to their own privacy policies (Google: policies.google.com, Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy).
9. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (1) Contract performance: to provide the prediction service (account creation, predictions, rankings); (2) Consent: for analytics cookies and marketing notifications (you can withdraw your consent at any time); (3) Legitimate interest: to improve the application, ensure security, and prevent fraud; (4) Legal obligation: to comply with our accounting and tax obligations.
10. Your Rights
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to processing, export, and limit the processing of your data. You can export all your personal data in JSON format from your profile settings. You can also withdraw your consent for analytics cookies at any time via your browser settings. 11. Cookies
We use cookies for essential features (authentication, preferences), analytics (Google Analytics), performance, and security (Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
12. Children's Data
Prono Clash is not intended for children under 12 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 12.
13. Modifications
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or via the application.
